Terms of service

Service — the GymPower software available as a Telegram Mini App and Telegram bot, including the website gympower.pro.

User — an individual using the Service through their Telegram account.

Plan — the set of Service features available to the User during the paid period.

Subscription — the right to use the features of the selected Plan during the paid period.

The Provider grants the User the right to use the Service under the selected Plan, and the User pays for that right as set out in this offer.

The Service is provided “as is”. Access to the Basic plan features is free and unlimited in time.

The agreement is concluded when the User starts using the Service and, for paid Plans, upon payment.

Current Plans and their prices are published at gympower.pro. Prices are stated in conventional units.

Payment is made by bank card through the bePaid payment service. Charges are made in Belarusian rubles at the exchange rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus on the payment date.

Payment is available for one month or for one year. With yearly billing the User pays for 10 months and receives 12 months of access.

Payment is deemed made when the payment service confirms the transaction. Plan features are unlocked automatically.

The Subscription renews automatically for an equal period unless the User turns off auto-renewal before the paid period ends.

Auto-renewal can be turned off at any moment on the subscription screen in the Service. The paid period remains active until it ends, after which the Plan reverts to Basic.

When upgrading, the remaining value of the current Plan is credited towards the new one. If the remainder exceeds the price of the new period, the difference is compensated with additional subscription days.

The User may cancel the Subscription and request a refund for the unused period by writing to hello@gympower.pro.

Requests are reviewed within 7 (seven) calendar days. Refunds are issued to the same card used for payment, within the period established by the law of the Republic of Belarus.

The refund is calculated pro rata for the unused part of the Subscription. The used period is non-refundable.

The Provider undertakes to keep the Service operational, to safeguard the User's data, and to give at least 10 calendar days' notice of changes to these terms.

The Provider may change the functionality of the Service and the composition of Plans without reducing the scope of features already paid for until the end of the paid period.

The User undertakes to provide accurate data and not to use the Service in ways that break the law or impair the Service.

The User may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of their data.

The Service is not a medical device and does not provide medical services. Training programs, including those generated by artificial intelligence, are advisory and do not replace a doctor's consultation.

Users are advised to consult a physician before starting to train. The User assesses their own fitness for physical activity and is responsible for their health.

The Provider is not responsible for relationships between a coach and a client formed outside the Service, nor for the quality of services provided by coaches.

The Provider is not liable for interruptions caused by failures on the side of Telegram, the payment service, hosting or communication networks.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published at gympower.pro and the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On Personal Data Protection”.

The offer is effective from the date of its publication on the website until it is withdrawn by the Provider.

The Provider may amend the offer. A new version takes effect once published at gympower.pro unless it states otherwise. Terms of an already paid period do not change.

Disputes are settled through negotiation and, failing agreement, in accordance with the law of the Republic of Belarus.
