Payment rules and payment security

Paid GymPower plans are paid for online by bank card. This page explains how the payment works, how your card data is protected and how to get a refund. The Russian version of this page prevails in case of any discrepancy.
1. Payment methods
You can pay for the selected plan online by bank card.
We accept the following cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Belkart.
2. How to pay
Choose a plan and a billing period (month or year) on the subscription screen in the Service and tap the payment button. You will be taken to a dedicated secure payment page of the bePaid processing system.
The payment page shows the order number and the payment amount. To pay, enter your card details and confirm the payment by pressing “Pay”.
If your card supports 3-D Secure, you will be asked to complete a standard one-minute cardholder verification on the page of your bank (the bank that issued your card).
Plan prices are stated in Belarusian rubles and recalculated daily at the official rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus. The charge is made in Belarusian rubles at the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus rate on the payment date.
After the payment, a confirmation is sent to the email address you provided. Please keep your payment records. Access to the plan's features opens automatically once the payment is confirmed.
3. Payment security
Card payments are processed by the bePaid electronic payment system (https://bepaid.by/kak-oplatit). The bePaid payment page meets all data transfer security requirements (PCI DSS Level 1).
All confidential data is stored encrypted and is highly resistant to attacks. Authorization pages are accessed over a protocol that ensures secure data transfer on the internet (SSL/TLS).
Card details are entered only on the bePaid payment page. Андреева Т.К. does not receive or store them.
4. Subscription auto-renewal
The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless auto-renewal is turned off before the paid period ends. The charge is made to the card used to pay for the subscription.
You can turn off auto-renewal at any time on the subscription screen in the Service. The period you paid for is kept until it ends.
5. Refunds
Refunds are made to the card that was used for the payment. The money reaches the card within 1 to 30 days after the Seller issues the refund.
