Telegram account data: user identifier, name and username, interface language, profile photo (if public).

Profile data: sex, age, height, weight, girths and other body metrics, training goal, available gym equipment.

Workout data: exercises, sets, weights, reps, dates, calculated calories, completion marks.

Coach mode data: coach-client links, invitations, contents of the public coach profile (city, specialisation, experience) if filled in.

Payment data: plan, period, amount and payment status. Card details are neither transferred to nor stored by the Operator — they are processed by the bePaid payment service.

Technical data: anonymised website visit statistics (Yandex.Metrica), IP address, device and browser type.

Providing the features of the Service, including workout generation, calendar and statistics — basis: performance of the agreement (public offer).

Processing payments and meeting tax obligations — basis: performance of the agreement and statutory requirements.

Communicating with the User about the Service — basis: performance of the agreement.

Improving the Service and analysing website traffic in anonymised form — basis: the User's consent.

Telegram — the platform hosting the Mini App and handling authentication.

bePaid — the payment service processing payments and card details.

The AI workout generation provider — anonymised workout parameters (goal, level, available equipment, body metrics) are sent to build the program. Name, username and contact details are not sent.

The hosting provider — for running the Service and storing data.

Yandex.Metrica — for anonymised website visit statistics.

Data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

Profile and workout data is kept for as long as you use the Service and for 12 months after your last activity, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Payment records are kept for the period required by the accounting legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

Upon your request data is deleted earlier, except for records the Operator is legally required to keep.

Obtain information about the processing of your personal data and request its correction, blocking or deletion.

Withdraw your consent to processing by writing to hello@gympower.pro. Requests are reviewed within 15 calendar days.

File a complaint about the Operator with the National Personal Data Protection Center of the Republic of Belarus.

The website gympower.pro uses technical cookies required for it to work, and Yandex.Metrica for anonymised visit statistics.

You can disable statistics collection in your browser settings or with a blocker — this does not affect the Service.

The Operator applies organisational and technical safeguards: traffic encryption (HTTPS), restricted access to data, and backups.

A coach gains access to a client's data only after both sides explicitly confirm the link, and loses it when the link is broken.

The Operator may amend this Policy. The current version is always published at gympower.pro. Material changes are communicated to Users through the Service.
